Intro Call: Via a brief Zoom meeting, we’ll discuss your objectives, get to know each other and establish if we’re a good fit to work together.

Estimate: Based on the intro call, we’ll e-mail you with a rough project estimate and timeline. You can then freely decide if you’re happy to proceed or not – no strings attached!

Discovery Call: If you’re happy with our estimate, we’ll schedule a longer discovery call where we’ll discuss your business in detail and map out a comprehensive plan tailored specifically to your business’ needs, including scope, legal requirements, specific functionality requirements and KPIs that will pave the way for a successful project.

Proposal: Following the discovery call, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal for your project. This will include scope, deliverables, a breakdown of costs and your project’s timeline.

Design & Development: Throughout our systematic and iterative design and development process, you’ll enjoy ample updates and opportunities to review our progress.

Testing & QA: After you’ve signed off on the final version of your website, before bringing it online, we’ll put it through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures. This can take several days to complete.

Launch: Once your website is ready, and the final balance has been settled, we’ll take it live on your domain name. We’ll perform a final set of testing procedures to make sure all looks and operates correctly. You’ll then enjoy up to 30 days to make any tweaks or adjustments to the site.

Aftercare: The secret to having a successful website is having a website that’s well-maintained. Our website management service can take care of all of this for you, or we can supply you with detailed instructions on how to handle website care yourself.
